Processing Times
Please allow 2-3 business days processing time for all orders (Excludes Saturdays and Sundays).

Product Availability
If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our associates and your order may be placed on back order until we hear from you. Make sure you provide us with a valid phone number where you can easily be reached. Your phone number will be used solely for that purpose.

Transit Times For All Carriers
Orders submitted after 3:00 PST will not be processed until the next business day. This is very important for expedited shipping methods.
Please allow up to 7 business days transit time (Excludes Weekends and Holidays) for your order to be delivered to you.

ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES

Processing Times
Please allow up to 2-5 business days processing time. International credit cards may need to be verified. Additionaly international packages are not dispatched on a daily basis since they have to be hand delivered to a U.S. Postal Service employee.

Product Availability
If for any reason an item you ordered is out of stock. You will be emailed by one of our associates and your order may be placed on backorder until we hear from you.

Transit Times/Customs
Please allow up to 21 business days transit time (Excludes Saturday and Sunday) for your order to be delivered to your country. Delivery times do not include customs clearance and local delivery. That will be decided by your local customs department and shipping courier.

Taxes and Duties
Although we do our best to guarantee a smooth and hassle-free shipment to your country, you are responsible for any charges imposed by your countries government if any. We have sent many packages to many countries including Canada, Germany, France, Norway, United Kingdom, Holland, Sweden, Australia, Denmark and many more without any customs or duties problems whatsoever.

Return & Refund Policy

All returns and refunds must be made within 7 days after your delivered purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after the 7 days. 

 We do not accept returns & refunds if the item has been opened or used. All returned items must be received in original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Breakable goods such as Bongs, Water Pipes, Hand Pipes, Hookahs cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted if approved:

Items in original condition past the return window you'll receive 50% of the items price.

Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to Stogz.com you may only receive 20% of the items price. 

All partial refunds must be on approval.

Refunds
After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and it may take up to 10 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after approval, check your bank account and
then contact your Bank and credit card company. If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item and approved your return for a refund, it may take up to 10 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. There will be an inspection process before and after received goods for approval of your exchange. For any defective or damagedgoods please send us an email at support@stogz.com .

Damaged Goods

If any product is damaged during shipment, an insurance claim will be filed. All claims can take 7-14 business days. If approved for a refund the products must be shipped back to seller with a return label provided by us and a refund will be granted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved for a return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
You must return approved goods to, 372 North La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90048, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
